Non-clinical services
Kinvera provides non-clinical healthcare and wellness support only. Kinvera is not a home health agency, nursing service, live-in provider, or medical practice, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Care partners do not administer medication or perform clinical tasks.
Emergencies
Kinvera is not an emergency service. In any medical or safety emergency, call 911 first.
Eligibility and service area
Services are offered to adults within approximately 15–25 miles of Austell, Georgia. We may decline or end service where a client's needs exceed our non-clinical scope or where a care partner's safety is at risk.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting a request on this website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A visit is confirmed only when Kinvera confirms it in writing and payment has been received.
Rates, booking, payment, and cancellation
4-hour minimum per visit. Support starts at $50/hour, and each appointment is billed at one hourly rate set by the Relief option Kinvera assigns after reviewing the request. Appointments should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Kinvera sends a confirmed total and a secure Stripe payment request; payment is due at booking to reserve your appointment. Additional approved time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same rate and is subject to Specialist availability. Transportation-related appointments may include additional mileage, parking, tolls, or other approved expenses, included in your confirmed total before payment. Cancellations and rescheduling follow our published policies.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share details about the person receiving support.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, submit automated or fraudulent requests, or access data you are not entitled to. Content on this site belongs to Kinvera.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinvera's liability arising from services or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Kinvera is not liable for outcomes that fall outside non-clinical support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
