When you submit a booking request or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your relationship to the client, the client's first name, the services you're interested in, preferred date and time, ZIP code, how you heard about us, and any message you write.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request, arrange and deliver support, match you with a care partner, and keep records of the services we provide. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who can see it
Your information is accessible only to Kinvera team members who need it to serve you, and to the care partners assigned to your family. It is stored in a secure, access-controlled database.
Health information
Kinvera is a non-clinical support service and does not maintain medical records. Please share only the context needed for us to support you safely and comfortably.
Website analytics
We may measure anonymous, aggregate website activity (such as which pages are viewed and how often booking requests are submitted) to improve the site. This measurement does not identify you personally.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@kinvera.cc.
Children
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
